Question: Have a bad snoring problem?

What can help with this problem. i can't do any surgery until i get my insurance and i don't have sleep apnea and i'm not overweight. i'm going for training and will be sharing a room with a co- worker. i tried breath right strips and they r ok. i'm just looking to stop this before i go.

You can get a relatively inexpensive plastic device that you wear in your mouth, similar in concept to a retainer but with a different purpose. It helps to hold your lower jaw just slightly forward of its natural position, though not enough to be very uncomfortable, and that helps to hold the airway open and to reduce snoring.
