A few things you can do; 1. Avoid alcohol: it relaxes the back of your throat and can cause or worsen snoring. 2. Avoid dairy products at night: they can create phlegm which can cause or worsen snoring. 3. Try OTC (over the counter) remedies. Each will work differently on different people, so be sure to try a few. These can include nasal strips, mouth guards, or our device called the Good Morning Snore Solution. 4. Regulating your sleep pattern, if possible, is also helpful. Go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time. 5. Try different sleeping positions. Some people say their snoring goes away when they sleep on their side as opposed to their back. 6. Go see your doctor or dentist. They can provide further solutions or suggestions. |
