Snoring Tips And Information

Question: I snore at night, and my neighbor is mad?

I live in an apartment, sometimes I hear knocking on the wall during night, I think my neighbor is mad because I snore. The wall is so thin and it's scary to sleep knowing the wall is going to get knocked on. I feel very guilty and feel like my neighbor will kill me. Does chin strip reduce snoring?
