My Husband's snoring is getting worse it seems. I often barely sleep until he gets up for work in the morning and I'm starting to suffer from insomnia and extreme tiredness due to this and so I want to try out some 'cures' on him before I lose the plot .We have tried the chin strap this week, but that doesn't work and we have also tried congestion sprays and they don't seem to work either so can anyone give me the name of a product that has worked on them or their partner that I can try. I live in the UK and so obviously won't be able to get hold of certain things. Thanks.

Why do I snore even when sleeping in stomach position?
I'm skinny but I snore in all position. I have some nasal congestion but it's not always completed obstructed when I snore. Can the tongue fall back in stomach position? Will snoring mouth guard still work for me?it's hard to make a snoring noise with my mouth closed, does this indicate mouth based snoring?

My 6yr old just started snoring. She is extremely loud. Out sound like an animal is hissing in her room. While it is loud it didn't really concern me. We are a family of snorers don't know if this is a word lol. But last night when I went in her room to check in on her I saw her chest so caved in with every breathe she took. It literally looked like she was struggling to breathe. I woke her up, made sure she was ok but the second she fell back to sleep out started all over again. Shes also mouth snoring and not breathing through her nose. She has no cold, she breathes perfectly fine during the day. She had a doctors appt for tomorrow but I wanted to know if anyone ever experienced this before and have any input advice on why she is doing this. I'm really scared. Thanks.Wow no need for jokes. I'm not scared of her snoring, shes struggling to breathe is the scary part.
