What should I do if I have snoring problems?
I've been snoring ever since I was little. I snore extremely loud. Whenever there would be sleepover parties everyone would make fun of me and stuff. While I'm sleeping, I can't breathe through my nose. I breathe through my mouth, and I breathe really loud. My parents who sleep down the hall can hear me. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night coughing, and I'm extremely tired in the morning and I have dry mouth so I need to drink water or something right when I wake up. I've gotten my adenoids removed, but it only helped for a couple of months. This year, we have to go to DC on a school trip and I really don't want to be made fun of again. Are there any suggestions? I may have Sleep Apnea, I'm not sure.

hi im going on holiday with my friend in 6wks and she snoring really badly, im going to get myself ear plugs but does any one no what ones would be the best and if there is anything i can get her nose strips pill etc to stop her from snoring. A girl needs her beauty sleep and its sooo loud

my wife says i have a really bad snoring problem, i did not believe her, so she recorded it, so i do have a problem, but whats causing it? nothing can wake my wife up, not even a hurricane blowing the house down would wake her up, but my snoring does, and if i go to sleep before her, she sleeps on the couch, but even then she finds it hard to sleep, apparently she can still hear it. were in a 1 bedroom flat even with the door closed. i am a biggish 22 year old guy 6" 1" approx 28 stone, km build big boned any ways to stop me snoring? im already slimming downits not serious is it?

This has been going on for so long and I can't take it anymore. My mom kicked him out of the room, so now he's in the room right next to mine and I'm sick of not complaining about it for so long.The volume of that obnoxious snore is DEAFENING. I really just want to punch him in the face to wake him up and then run away really quickly. just kidding ... well, kind of... no i'm not actually going to do that To make things worse... sometimes my dad screams in his sleep... two nights ago, at about 5 00 in the morning, my dad screamed so loudly that i was jolted out of my sleep. Scariest thing of my lifeThis is the most obnoxious thing. Not even my most peaceful music can help me with this onslaught against my ears and my sanity.I can't sleep anymore... I lay awake tossing and turning... it's 3 16 in the morning right now... every time anyone in my family suggests something, he rolls his eyes and does nothing. Not even attempt to lose weight. I'm so angry and frustrated. I'm at the point where I can barely forgive him anymore

okay when i sleep i snore, LOUD normally this isnt much of a problem. however, my girlfriend started spending the night with me and when we sleep. she has trouble sleeping because i snore loudly. iv tried these breath right strips. but they didnt work. does anyone have any ideas on how i can stop or at least quiet my snoring?
My father's snoring problems?
My father has had problems with snoring for years he is now 64 and finds that his voice is hoarse when he wakes up in the morning and feels like he has phlegm in his throat though there is none there . There is actually a swelling in his throat which is causing the sensation of something being there.He has slept on his back for years which is a big contribution to snoring as far as I've read up. The doctor has given him some medicinal liquid to " snort" up his nose in the morning & evening to help his ongoing problem. He has also prescribed him penicillin.Does anybody, in the doctor nurse general health field or anybody with such knowledge have any advice for him to try and overcome this problem? I've advised him to sleep on his side but he isn't used to this and has been sleeping the same way for years, though he is going to continue to try and sleep in a different position . I snore really loudly,and it keeps up my boyfriend,and my family,wherever they are in the house. i had my adenoids removed as a child,i don't know whether that matters ,but it's getting worse,and i'm embarrassed to sleep. i'm staying with my boyfriend's family tomorrow and don't want them to end up sleeping on the couch in annoyance any ideas on how to ease the snoring?

Ok I have a bad snoring problem. I also wake up during the night once in a while gasping for air. Should I go ahead and get that snore brace they sell to close your mouth so you dont snore? Problem I am thinking if i get that when i gasp ,for air will that brace hinder me? Dont say go to a sleep therapy clinic cant afford it.
