How 2 feel active and concentrate on studies without snoring?
whenever i start 2 study my books,i get atleast 10 snore in 2 minutes and then i feel sleepy and go 2 bed. after sleeping for smetime, i become active again but as soon as i start studying i get sleepy again....it is nt that i m sleepy and lazy guy, i can work on my computer all night without sleeping.frm 2 days i m getting good sleep so tha i can study without snoring but as soon as i started study , i again...................... Zzzzzz so help me,what 2 do???
How do I sleep through my dads snoring?
Its so bad, he sounds like a dying bear mixed with a snorting pig Its so loud it scares me. Please I need to get rest but we are in a Hotel and Im stuck in the same room as him. I have earplugs but they dont work for shiiittt Lol thats funny D Ima roll him over and see what happens.
Does anyone have experience with Craniopathy and its effect on sleep apnea and snoring?
My 4 year old daughter has sever sleep apnea and snores. Our Dr. suggest removing her tonsils and adenoids. Before resorting to surgery, I am on the hunt for other healing alternatives. My mother in law's Naturopath has suggested Craniopathy as my daughter may have experienced trauma during her birth she was removed by " vaccum" and was also resuscitated . This, she says, can effect the body's " knowledge" of how to breath properly. Does anyone have direct or indirect experience knowledge about Craniopathy? Any help is appreciated

My dad snores so loud Like so loud I can hear it from upstairs. Whenever he does I try to tell him to stop, but then my mum scolds me and says he's tired. But he never bothers to sleep in his own bed All he does is sleep on our couch downstairs & almost NEVER comes upstairs.
