What can I do about my snoring?
Wherever I sleep, someone always complains about my extremely obnoxious snoring. I can't control it. If I could I would. I looked up what the causes of my chronic terrible snoring, and from what I found, I might have sleep apnea. All of the symptoms fit. The only thing is that it says I should get it checked out by a doctor. I don't have a doctor. I don't have insurance. I don't have a job or any money. I don't even have a home. I've been living with my boyfriend and his family, and they've had complaints about my snoring. Apparently, it's gotten worse since I've been here. It's terribly embarrassing for me, and now I'm afraid to go to sleep. I already suffer from insomnia, but I'm a very self conscious, sensitive person. I don't know what to do. I don't want to snore anymore. It's stressing me out and disturbing my depression. I feel like sleeping in my car and or cutting. Someone help me please.I also have constant breathing issues. PE was always terrible for me . I don't have asthma or anything. I'm not obese either. I think I'm a little overweight 5'1" and 144 lbs . I just often have a hard time breathing. I often forget to breathe. I also get winded, doing nothing, or minor activities, like walking up stairs, or standing.

what can help with this problem. i can't do any surgery until i get my insurance and i don't have sleep apnea and i'm not overweight. i'm going for training and will be sharing a room with a co worker. i tried breath right strips and they r ok. i'm just looking to stop this before i go.
My husband is supposed to use his CPAP machine for his sleep apnea (and loud snoring!), but refuses to do so.?
I don't nag him about it since it has to be his choice, but I'm so afraid he'll have a sroke or heart attack. I listened as he talked with his doctor and then asked what was the main result for not using the machine and the doctor replied, " Death." . I drop hints, to no avail. What else can I do? This condition runs in his family, but they're no help. I don't want him to die

My boyfriend has recently been snoring...ALOT...and it's keeping me up. I wake up several times during the night and I am waking up feeling exhausted. I've read online about nasal strips, etc...but I wanted to get some advice from people that have experienced this personally. I've ended up getting up and sleeping in the living room a few nights just so I could get some sleep. I'm afraid to hurt his feelings or embarrass him but if I don't start getting sleep I'm going to start resenting him and that will probably effect our relationship. Also, I can tell my health is being being impacted too from the lack of sleep.
Why do I snore even when sleeping in stomach position?
I'm skinny but I snore in all position. I have some nasal congestion but it's not always completed obstructed when I snore. Can the tongue fall back in stomach position? Will snoring mouth guard still work for me?it's hard to make a snoring noise with my mouth closed, does this indicate mouth based snoring?

my 11 yr old daughter is very noisy at night,not always snoring,but sounds like her nose is blocked.even durin the day she sounds bunged up.but hasnt got a cold.she has athsma.
