How can i make my dad stop snoring at night really loud?
please help im on vacation and i could not sleep at all last night i was getting mad please help
My mom is snoring really loud....?
normally i would wake her up bu tthe problem is she almost never snores definately not this loud she just took some sleeping medication and i'm afraid if i wake her up she won't be able to go back to sleep without taking another one and i don't think it would be safe for her to take another one? but if she doesn't stop snoring i won't be able to sleep and i have school tomorrow HELLP what should i do?

I was just told by my roomate that I was snoring this morning, he said he never heard me snore before. I take serequel which makes it hard to breath out of my nose, so was thinking that was what caused it, but ive been taking serequel for 2 years.

I've been snoring ever since I was little. I snore extremely loud. Whenever there would be sleepover parties everyone would make fun of me and stuff. While I'm sleeping, I can't breathe through my nose. I breathe through my mouth, and I breathe really loud. My parents who sleep down the hall can hear me. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night coughing, and I'm extremely tired in the morning and I have dry mouth so I need to drink water or something right when I wake up. I've gotten my adenoids removed, but it only helped for a couple of months. This year, we have to go to DC on a school trip and I really don't want to be made fun of again. Are there any suggestions? I may have Sleep Apnea, I'm not sure.

My sister snores WAY to loud.?
I share a room with my 12 year old sister and she snores. I'm not just talking about the normal smal snoring. Since she was 5 she has snored, and it always gets worse. She now snores so loud that I haven't slept at all for 2 weeks except my cat naps at school and sleeping all weekend. I need to get sleep because today I collapsed at school from lack of sleep and a major head ache. I was sent to the hospital today because my body was so weak and I wouldn't wake up.When my sister snores she keeps me awake ALL night, and gives me massive migraines to the point I puke and pass out when morning comes. Plus I will admit it has made me really bitchy without any sleep...Why is my sister snoring strangely loud? I've neber heard of a small 12 year old girl who snores louder than a fully grown man. Mom fails to take her to the doctor for it, so I'm trying to find out myself. Could she maybe have trouble breathing in her sleep?
